The property demanded more money than the amount shown on my reservation confirmation on Booking.com. The beds were not very comfortable and the AC did not work properly. The room size was bigger than expected and the property is conveniently located, just off the outer ring road.

I booked this oyo rooms in booking.com .but the oyo rooms tell that rooms are under maintenance and they didn't provide rooms while check-in. Even I paid full amount at that time of booking itself. That hotel manager easily tell me please check with customer care of oyo rooms. I have call customer care and inform thise things on dec-26 as well ad Dec-28. But still my refund is not processed. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY MAIL OR MESSAGE CONFIRMATION ABOUT BY COMPLAINT.

we were denied entry to the property against accepting an advance payment without prior notice. such an irresponsible company (OYO) and pathetic service.

First arrange one staff in reception..i went there no one there and when calling to customer care its very bad to reach...Customer care no not assist they are just playing..its worst experience...i suggest evryone that dont book this hotel..bcz at the end i suffered lot..worst one ramurthinagar town house
